Food was great and Abby, my served was outstanding! This Chili's is by far the best that I have been to!
I had a terrible experience at Chili's of Dyer today 11/12/17. I called in my order 'to go' at 6:55pm (Chicken dippers kid's menu) and was told it would be ready in 15 mins. At 7:15pm, I came to pick up my order. The young lady that was in charge of the 'to go' area was standing by the computer doing some work on the computer screen, did not even bother to look up. I waited until she finishes of which 2 more costumers came in waiting. I eventually called her attention if she could check if my order was ready. She told me the amount of my order ($5.89) then I paid. She went back in the kitchen, took a long time then came back out and said the corn is not ready. Mind you, this is almost 30 minutes after I called it in. So I waited patiently. another 5 mins. Then I asked for a drink and she said it doesn't come with. I told her that the order does comes with kids drink. Then she replied 'you have to ask for it'. I was trying to stay calm in the meantime my daughter is waiting patiently in the car. When I finally came home with it, inside the package are 3 small cold pieces of chicken that is not even enough for my child's dinner. Did they drop the rest of the pieces? This is just ridiculous. Never again!
I would highly recommend the new Smokehouse platter. For 16.99 you get three choices, including ribs Chicken Crispers jalapeno cheddar sausage and barbecue chicken. If you get ribs it's $2 more. They also give you a full cob of corn, fries, and Texas toast. It's quite good and filling for the price.
Someone come get my waitress Abby! She is wonderful I would just luv to take her with us. Her service was outstanding and personality phenomenal
