Best agent I've ever had. Jim has provided my life, home, and auto insurance for over 10 years. We'll, except for the past 3 years when I had to transfer my home and auto to Florida due to a job transfer. It was at that time when I found out how great Jim was. No other agent embodies the "like a good neighbor" like he does. I'm truly thankful to be back in Indiana so I can have my excellent service restored.

Quick story: I was traveling to Florida on business when I found out that my daughter was in a bad accident on route 30. I found this out after the fact. Why? Because my daughter called Jim before she called her own dad. It was he who informed me of the accident from the scene. Yup. That's right...
