Never ever! had a rude person there. Been going there since day 1.
Do not go to Aqua Express Car Wash on Joliet in Dyer. The hood of my dad's car was scratched and Doug the manager refused to pay to fix it. This dishonest car wash actually had a recording of the incident. While reviewing the tape in slow-motion, Doug was able to see the hood of my car upon entering the car wash. It showed no signs of a scratch. During the middle of the wash, the roller skipped and created a scratch on the car. Doug also showed the car exiting the car wash with a new scratch on the hood. Doug said he would not pay for the scratch. Despite the obvious evidence existing from the video footage, he is denying liability. Aqua Express Car Wash is responsible for the scratch. They are a disingenuous company. Do not ruin your car here.
This is the worst $3.00 car wash. The service is a mess. The workers are rude. No customer service. The machines are always breaking down. The lines are long and the wait is too much. The floor mat machine is a joke, instead of cleaning the mats, it confiscate them. Never going back, this place is a total rip-off!!!!
Good car wash and you can use the vacuums for free.
The short guy with graying hair that works most mornings is so damn incompetent he is supposed to guide you up in the rails yet he stands there with his mouth half open and this dumbfounded look on his face! I've not been guilded several times riding up on the rails and my tire becomes bound up in the rail system! New tires on this truck would cost nearly $400 each if one pops because of this jackass maybe they will hire someone with half a brain to work there. I will be avoiding this car wash in the future
